(De vez en cuando remover) Mientras vamos preparando el majado.. cayena (al gusto) yo puse unas 3 ajos igual yo puse unos 6 Pimentón dulce. (Se puede cambiar también por el picante) comino y sal gorda.



- Cuando vemos que a reducido y ya vemos como va menguando todo metemos en majado lo removemos bien y dejamos 5 minutos más o menos. Añadimos el tomillo, Laurel, una botella de vino blanco y cerramos la olla y contamos unos 15 minutos.



- Ponemos a hervir las papas y la batata.. una vez termina el tiempo de cocción probamos de sal, añadimos los guisantes (de bote) y dejamos con el mismo calor. La pella de gofio no tiene ningún secreto. Unos 2 plátanos bien amasado y gofio hasta formar una pasta.
