  4. En una sartén chica poner los 50 cc de agua y el agar agar y a fuego fuerte mezclar sin dejar de remover, aproximadamente 5 minutos, cuando esa gelatina está lista volcarla a la preparación anterior y mezclar bien
  5. Seguir cocinando toda la preparación por 3 minutos más y agregarle una cucharadita de esencia de vainilla. terminar de unir todo y apagar el fuego
  6. Colocarlo en un budinero y dejarlo enfriar a temperatura ambiente, cuando el molde ya esta frío, llevar a la heladera por 12 a 24 hs, cuanto más tiempo mejor consistencia va a tener
