En este caso probé con la batata, que es un tubérculo que ya de por sí es dulce, y que con el chocolate queda genial. Espero que la disfruten.

- Incorporar el cacao con el polvo para hornear. Cuando esté integrado, agregamos las dos cucharadas de coco rallado.
- Enmantecamos el molde (si no es de vidrio, enharinar también). A mí me rindió para un molde de 27cm por 27 cm.
- Llevar a horno medio (180° aproximadamente) por 25-30 minutos. Dejar enfriar antes de comer.
Yo lo serví con una salsita de queso crema, dulce de leche y nueces procesadas por arriba, como se ve en la foto principal.
